I am a qualified primary school teacher specialising in English and Mathematics tuition for children aged 6–12. My lessons focus on reading, writing, phonics, SATs preparation, and building confidence in learning.
I offer online one-to-one lessons in a safe and professional environment. I am a native English speaker, bilingual in Turkish, fully DBS-checked, and hold a TEFL certificate.
Born and raised in England with Turkish heritage, I am passionate about supporting children academically while helping them build confidence and enjoy learning.

One-to-One Online Tuition
Each child begins with an initial assessment to establish their current skills. For maths, the White Rose Maths framework is used, while English lessons draw on the Read Write Inc. phonics programme to support reading and literacy. The results inform a personalised learning plan tailored to the child’s needs.
Lessons focus on key areas including mathematics, problem-solving, writing, spelling, grammar and reading comprehension. One hour per week is typically recommended, with flexibility to adjust session length where appropriate. Noticeable progress is often seen within the first few sessions.
The approach is supportive and engaging, creating a positive environment where children feel confident to learn from mistakes. The focus is on building confidence, developing strong foundations, and fostering a genuine love of learning.
